eSATAp (power over eSATA) is a high speed connection for External storage devices. External storage devices includes portable hard disks ( 2.5" or 3.5" SATA HDD), solid-state drives (SSD) and network-attached storage (NAS). eSATAp port can be found on notebook PCs and desktop machines.
