The glass shell's shape corresponds to the exhibited product and allows it to float below the illuminant without any disturbing details. The glass is held by a circumferential rubber lip, that enables changing the illuminant as well as preventing dust to get inside the lamp.
The desire to combine the direct light of a down light lamp with the illumination of the ceiling defined the shape and material of the Annex lamp. Its opal cone inside the crystal glass shade creates exactly this desired combination.
