1. 2. Measures must be "detailed", implementation must be "practical", prevention and control must be "steady", people's minds must be "fixed," not to be frightened, not to be taken lightly, and not to be paralyzed.

3. Temples should be closed but not open, activities should be scattered and not gathered, personnel should be quiet and not moving, and homework should be repaired but not easy.

4. Suspend the monastery’s opening to the outside world, suspend all collective activities, and suspend monks’ going out to visit and learn.

5. Carry out closed grid management of temples and colleges, be optimistic about the doors of the temple, and take care of the people in the temple. "The door must be closed tightly and no need to ask outside; except for shopping, no outsider will enter; take the temperature of the entrant and do not forget to make a record." 6. The life of monks in monasteries and academies can be adjusted expediently. 8. Widely preach to the believers and lay people, "At this time, you should practice well at home, don't come to the monastery to see the monk; don't rush, don't panic, don't run around, don't increase your troubles in vain." At home, you can recite the Buddha, chant sutras, chant mantras, and meditate. All the good causes and conditions can be understood ingeniously.

9. In times of crisis, it is even more necessary to demonstrate the compassionate spirit of "no destiny and great compassion, and great compassion for the same body." Although it is not suitable for the four disciples to collectively recite sutras and pray for blessings, they can individually recite the Heart Sutra, Diamond Sutra, Auspicious Sutra, Huahua Sutra, Huayan Sutra, Protecting the Kingdom and Renwang Sutra, and Pharmacist under the lamp of the Buddha. Classics such as "Sutras", "Altar Sutra", "Ye Yi Buddha's Mother's Heart Mantra" and other classics, the heart and soul, the lamp and the lamp shine each other, this heart and lamp aspiration power will become a powerful belief power for all living beings to pray for the blessings of the country.
