This pendant lamp is especially famous for its memorable design with its characteristic textile grommet covering the electrical cord, as well as its high-gloss lacquered metal shade emitting downward direct lighting.
The lamp shade made of spun steel is coated with high-gloss enamel lacquer. Technique and construction of the hanging fixture appear rather masculine and thus create a harmonious balance for the feminine curves of the shade. The hanging fixture is made up of bent steel and chrome-plated, twisted brass elements. The shade hangs so low that it will never blind - regardless of its height.
