This service is not suitable for all computer problems, and your internet connection needs to be fully working to allow me to connect

It is completely secure and I cannot gain access to your computer without you first giving me the password supplied by the remote access software, which means you have to allow me access each time, so you can be assured that no one is going to access your computer without your knowledge
