Recitation of the Buddha is not simple. You have to let go of the whole body. You must abandon all kinds of internal and external disturbances, and you must cleanly call the Buddha name before you can respond. You must be able to read a six-character name clearly, and hear clearly, without a trace of doubt. Other distracting thoughts will be eliminated naturally, and the decision will prove to be undisturbed. 

If you believe me, recite the Buddha honestly, walk, stay, sit, sleep, stay within this, and even hold it in your dreams, keep a Buddha sign in your heart, and not be disturbed by the six dust states. At this point, you will naturally not be greedy. , The meaning is not reversed, when the kung fu is proficient, the western world of bliss will naturally appear. Don't take it lightly!

You see, the moth has no children. Every time it picks a small worm and puts it in the loess block, it buzzes with the small worm every day. You know, what is it talking about? It is talking to the bug: You have to be like me! You have to be like me! In this way, other people's worms become their own heirs, and once a block is built, they also become worms. When we recite the Buddha and practice, we should learn from the scorpion fly, concentrate on, and transcend into the sacred. Eliminate the invasion of root dust every day, recite Buddha every day, and recite that I want to be like a Buddha! I want to be like a Buddha! In the future, you will become a Buddha if you have matured in the future! 

"If there is a distracted mind in chanting Buddha, what should I do?" -Answer: "The only way is to continue to recite, and put the spirit of full payment into the six-character Hongming name!'"

1. Buddhist chanting must be long-term and uninterrupted, just like the water of a small stream, no matter how big or small the water is, it will always be gurgling into the sea. Recitation of the Buddha is like this. No matter how much you read, you must persevere, read it every day, with one mind, and recite the oath of Amitabha Buddha, and you will have hope. As long as anyone is willing to recite, half of becoming a Buddha!

How do our hearts turn? It means to recite more Buddha. Always recite Amitabha Buddha in my heart. People who recite Buddhism can do the same, regardless of whether they are at the root or the middle or lower root. Old women who are illiterate can also do it, but it depends on their confidence! Don't underestimate this sentence of Nammo Amitabha. This sentence of Nammo Amitabha is Mahayana, and it is not easy to recite it well. Master Yinguang said: "If you recite a sentence of Nanwu Amitabha Buddha well, you will have more than enough time to become a Buddha." Don't worry if you don't have time to practice. 

3. No matter what happens, it is a phrase of Amitabha, and it is also a phrase of Amitabha to stay away from right and wrong. You should recite Buddhism whenever you calm down. With this sentence, Buddha Amitabha allows us to transcend the three realms to the west. Therefore, when you encounter a realm in your practice, you have to pretend not to see your eyes, pretend not to hear your ears, do not behave in the six dusts, and not be turned away by the state, and continue to recite the words of Amitabha. 

4. We all bring karma to experience reincarnation, so if people who are suffering from a lot of illness can understand that this is karma, they should not kill lives from now on, and chant more Buddhas, and the karma will naturally gradually disappear. 

5. Don't be afraid when delusions come, just ignore them. It is it, I am still Amitabha, and I continue to recite it, so my delusions are naturally less. 

6. You must recite the Buddha when you walk, live, sit, and lie. If we settled down to read, you can perceive our hearts almost all day outside the Mercedes-Benz , climbing outside the territory, there is no contemplation on the Buddha. If you don't condense your body and mind, and you are transferred away from the outside world, it must be a reincarnation of life and death. 

7. Recitation of Buddhism is the truly pure and legitimate way, the way to rebirth in the West. If the masses recite the Buddha together and concentrate on the Buddha's name, they will be able to go to the West. There is no need to buy a ticket to take a plane, and Western-style ships are hueless. 

8. If you believe me, recite the Buddha honestly, walk, stay, sit and lie without leaving the Buddha's name, and even hold it in your dreams. Keep a Buddha's name in your heart. At this time, your mind will not be greedy, your mind will not be reversed, and the West will be bliss. The world is naturally present. This is a matter of life and death, and must not be taken lightly.

1. First of all, we must be contented and happy. It doesn't pay much attention to the reputation of gold and silver, so there is no competition to be calm. Reduce your desires, greed, and delusions with a clean and uncontroversial life. The heart must be "contented" forever, because contentment means "nothing to ask for", which is very important in practice. It was very uncomfortable at the beginning of the practice, and it was extremely difficult. It takes a long time to get used to it. Enlightenment without suffering! 

2. Those who praise and praise us are not masters, and those who scold us, whether right or wrong, are the real good knowledge. The person who strikes us, when he is stimulating us, is accomplishing our Dao karma, which is the upper condition of reverse growth. It is necessary to use this to hone the "non-self aspect", and to be able to change the state of mind without being turned by the state. This is the western food, you have to accept it, you have to bear it, and I also want to thank them for giving you a lease of patience and humiliation. 

3. What others don't want to suffer and do not do, we must do it with joy. We should eat things that are not tasty and others do not want to eat. Practice is to suffer! You need to be mindful to get rid of the bad seeds of greed, hatred, ignorance and so on. Otherwise, if you can't suffer a little loss, and can't stand a word or two from others, you just haven't practiced. 

4. Honestly recite the Nammo Amitabha Buddha and vow to rebirth in the Western Paradise. When chanting the Buddha, please don’t count how many sentences you have read. Otherwise, you will have greed—a lot of greed, which makes it difficult to be focused. It is difficult to reach the highest level-the three flavors of Buddhism. Try to recite the Buddha to the point of no mind, keep a pure mind, a normal mind, no good or bad. 

5. Use meditation to awaken the original potential of life, hoping to recover the immortal Buddha nature in oneself at a faster speed, so that "the body and mind are pure and free, and wisdom emerges to become an enlightened one." 

6. To return to the light, often make self-examination. If you think about yourself too often, you are close to the "Tao"! As soon as you find an error, you must immediately modify it and adjust yourself in all circumstances. Everyone must work hard to get rid of decades of habits! When you feel "difficulties and troubles", these are the various tests encountered in the process of practice. At this time, you must use wisdom to overcome mental obstacles and use the spirit of practice to overcome all difficulties. Because "there is a boundary, it is easy to cultivate, and there is no boundary to be enlightened." 

7. Except for the working hours of your proper occupation, in the rest of your free time, do not eat, drink or play. You must work hard on the above points and do not let go. It is possible to obtain Dharma joy or Dharma ignorance, Prajna wisdom after time and hard work. It will appear naturally in your heart, when you will smile knowingly and understand the mystery of monasticism!
