Overview
For large PV grid-connected power generation system, in order to make the output of multiple combiner box switching in inverter conveniently, improve maintenance efficiency and reliability, generally need to added a DC lightning distribution cabinet between PV array combiner box and inverter. Our DC distribution cabinet series products are in order to meet the requirement to special design, can be matched with PV inverter and combiner box etc. to make up complete PV power generation system solutions. Use DC distribution cabinet, the user can according to the DC voltage range of inverter input, after make a certain quantity and same specification PV combiner box conflux again, through the lightning protection device and breaker then output, convenient to insert of backward stage inverter.
The intelligent distribution cabinet in PV power generation system is composed by the breaker, PV lightning protection module, monitoring PCBA motherboard , the current sensor etc., in addition,also have some other function devices can be optional like Blocking diode etc..

Structure design

--The door of cabinet with width 600mm or 800mm uses entire structure, solving the protection problem of directly electric shock,and improving the whole appearance and strength,also convenient for batch standardization production.
--Cabinet door used galvanized rotary-type hinge and framework to be connected, convenient for installation and removal,the demolition side with rubber strip, when closing the door,the strip has certain compression stroke between door and cabinet, in case of front door directly impacts with cabinet,and improve the door protection level.

--To strengthen ventilation and cooling,there are ventilation holes in the lower front and top of the cabinet, and configure the anti-anti-fan and cabinet cooling fan to make the cabinet come into being natural air ducts in the operation, with better heat dissipation performance.
