An additional advantage of the pressure manifold is its very simple installation, which does not require special skills and can be made on your own without losing the warranty. No electrical equipment is needed for the operation of pressure collectors.

CONSTRUCTION AND PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Building:
The compact ecozone HP pressure manifold includes: an insulated water tank, vacuum pipes and a frame.

The water tank is made of SUS 304-2B stainless steel, 1.2 to 3 mm thick. The external insulation of the storage tank is made of high-density polyurethane foam with a minimum thickness of 50 mm. There are technical holes in the container, for example for connecting and draining water, and the socket for the sleeve into which we insert the end (condenser) of the heat-pipe. The number of sleeves depends on the capacity of the reservoir. The cylinder is factory tested with a minimum working pressure of 9 bar and can be safely connected to the water supply.

Vacuum tubes are made of high-quality borosilicate glass. There is a vacuum between the two layers of glass, which is a perfect insulator to prevent heat loss. The glass is covered with a triple absorber of the latest generation ALN / AIN-SS / CU, which is used to concentrate direct or diffused solar radiation. The individual layers of the applied absorber are used to absorb solar radiation and transform it into thermal energy. The task of the subsequent layers of the absorber is to keep as much energy inside the vacuum tubes as possible, preventing its loss through infrared radiation. The temperature inside the pipes can reach nearly 300 0C. Inside each vacuum tube there is an aluminum heat sink with a copper tube (heat-pipe) in its central part. The copper used in the production of the heat-pipe is oxygen-free, which ensures long and reliable operation of the pipe. Inside the heat-pipe there are substances that start to boil at a temperature of 250C.

The frame on which the water container and vacuum tubes are placed is designed so that it can be placed on a flat surface as well as on an inclined surface. The angle of inclination of the rack is optimal for the vacuum tubes to achieve the highest efficiency.

Principle of operation:
Thanks to the three-layer ALN / AIN-SS / CU absorber and the vacuum inside the vacuum tube, the sun falling on the vacuum tubes turns into heat. The temperature inside the pipe reaches even 300 0C. The aluminum heat sink in the center of the vacuum tube transmits the temperature to a copper heat-pipe inserted into the center of the heat sink. Inside the copper heat-pipe there is a rapidly boiling substance that starts to boil at 25 degrees C. In the boiling process, the vaporized substance rises up where it gives off heat energy in the heat-pipe, then the steam will condense and flow down to repeat the entire process. The tube condenser smeared with thermo-conductive paste is inserted into the socket of the het-pipe sleeve installed in the container. The heated heat-pipe condenser transfers the temperature to the socket of the sleeve, which heats the water in the reservoir through the thermo-conducting paste. Hot water rises up, cooler water sinks lower. A tube is mounted inside the container, thanks to which, after unscrewing the tap, we take water only from the upper part of the container, while cold water is led to the very bottom. The water in the pressure reservoir is under constant pressure from the water supply system, and is automatically refilled when the tap is turned on. A pressure safety valve is installed on the tank, which in the event of too high water temperature will open, letting hot water out, cold water is automatically released into the tank, the water temperature inside the tank drops, the valve automatically stops releasing hot water. Due to the fact that there is water under constant pressure in the tank, our set can be installed lower and the water will be easily delivered to the higher floors of the building. The set does not need any electrical equipment or expansion tanks for proper functioning, which makes it reliable.
