A brief explanation of pharmacist's classic

The human body is rare, and the Buddha Dharma smells bad.
All living beings are not blessed.
It's hard to find a master, but it's hard to find a proper method.

We, the disciples of the three treasures, should follow the teachings of the Buddha, take the precepts as our teacher, carry out the practice, consciously realize him, the family property of the Buddha, and the abbot of the Dharma.

Buddha's Dharma is a kind boat, and right sight is a guide. Correct knowledge and right view is the premise of the practice of Buddhism. For this reason, we gather the Enlightenment of great virtue and the simple interpretation of Buddhist Scriptures every day. We are willing to learn and progress together with those who have heard about it, establish a correct knowledge and correct view, and be interested in the Dharma path. For example, if we practice Dharma, we can prove Bodhi early and return to pure land. Namo Amitabha!

Today, we will continue to learn the materials of the common practice scriptures

A brief explanation of master Xuanhua's pharmacist's Sutra (01)

Nanwu ten Fang Buddha
Ten ways to live in Nanwu
Nanwu ten Fang monk

Sakyamuni Buddha appeared in this Saha world for the sake of the life and death of all living beings. Born in the emperor's family, he gave up all the wealth of the country. He became a monk and became a Buddhist fruit under the bodhi tree. After achieving the Buddha fruit, he observes the karma of all living beings in the Saha world, and which Buddha has the deepest karma? As soon as he observed, he knew that we had the deepest relationship with the two Buddhas. These two Buddhas are the Oriental pharmacist liuliguang Tathagata and the Western Amitabha Buddha.

Oriental glass world pharmacist glass light Tathagata, can make us increase happiness and longevity, eliminate disasters and avoid difficulties; In the Western Paradise, Amitabha Buddha can make us all living beings to bring karma to the world of bliss. When flowers bloom, we can see Buddha and realize that there is no life and tolerance. Therefore, it is said in the "two Buddhas mantra" that "the two Buddhas evolved in the Saha." Although Amitabha and Amitabha, one is in the world of glass and the other is in the world of bliss, their chance to enlighten all living beings is in the world of SAHA. Therefore, "the two Buddhas evolved in Saha, dongaji and simita." The East is Amitabha and the west is Amitabha. These two Buddhas have deep karma with each of us. Therefore, the pharmacist Liuli Guangwang Tathagata is the pharmacist liuliguang Tathagata. Then the wuliangshou Buddha and the wuliangguang Buddha are the Amitabha Buddha.

If any one of you can read the Buddha of the medicine master liuliguang, he will make you dissipate the disaster, disperse the disease, destroy the blessing of life, and fulfill the wish to help all living beings. This is the life prolonging and the Buddha of liuliguang, the pharmacist. What about Amitabha? If you want to survive in the Western Paradise, just recite the name of Amitabha and you will be born into the paradise. If you are willing to be born in the world of glass, the world of pharmacist liuliguang Tathagata is OK, you can read the name of the pharmacist liuliguang Tathagata.

When you are born, you will be born in the Western Paradise when you eliminate disasters and prolong your life. When you give up your life, you will be born in the paradise of the West. Therefore, in Buddhism, there is a tablet of longevity, and the red tablet is the Buddha of the king of Liuli light. The Buddha's light shines on you. If we are not willing to be born in the world of the Medicine Guru liuliguang Tathagata, but willing to live in the paradise, we will recite "namun Amitabha". When we are dying, we will die in the Western Paradise. Therefore, the two Buddhas are inseparable from each other.

We don't know these two Buddhas. We don't even know the names of the two Buddhas. So Sakyamuni Buddha introduced them to all living beings to know their names, their wishes and merits. Therefore, this sutra is called the Sutra of Medicine Guru liuliguang.

"Pharmacist liuliguang" is the name of this Buddha; "Tathagata" is one of the ten Buddha numbers; "Original wish" is the Bodhi wish and Bodhisattva heart issued before he became a Buddha. Before becoming a Buddha, it's called Ben yuan.

"Merit" refers to the external standing, called Gong; Virtue, which is accumulated inside, is virtue. Meritorious service, for example, you build temples, repair bridges and roads, seek happiness for all people, and benefit all people. This is called meritorious service. It is called virtue that you have nothing to stay out of. Virtue is something you don't feel guilty about. If you do something, you should be worthy of the heaven and not be humble to others. Don't deceive others outside; don't deceive yourself inside. What you do and do is to perform meritorious deeds on the outside and accumulate inside. Therefore, it is called merit and virtue. Meritorious service and morality are internal and external.

This virtue, the so-called "good to see, not true and good", you do good deeds, do not have to teach everyone to know, do not need to sell advertisements everywhere, say: "I have done something good." Or "I have received five commandments, eight commandments, and how many commandments have I received. I am a person who has received Bodhisattva's commandments!" There's no need to be self-evident or boastful. Virtue is what no one knows; it is all virtue; If you teach people to know, it's almost the same. Therefore, you say, "if you want to see the good, it's not true and good; if you are afraid of being known, it's a great evil." If you want to be seen by others, you are not virtuous; It's a great sin to be afraid of being known. Therefore, we Buddhists should not be so vulgar and vulgar. Instead, we should strive for the first place everywhere and say, "what good things have I made? What kind of contributions have I made? How can I become Dharma protectors?" Once one has this kind of thought and self satisfied behavior, it is not qualified to protect the law.

So you guys! To learn Buddhism and listen to scriptures, we should use Kung Fu in this place. We should not make any false propaganda. What I pay attention to is the implementation of real skills, not the hypocritical propaganda. The people who study Buddhism are so vulgar, so vulgar and vulgar. Do you think there are still good people in the world? Therefore, this is very important. We should set an example for the world to truly admire one kind of conduct and one kind of thought of Buddhists. Only then can we influence and move people! This is merit.

"Jing", which is a regular method, is a kind of Dharma which is always unchanged. The Scriptures are the words that the sages are told, and the words and teachings that the sages say. Then this kind of Scripture is not allowed to go, not to be added. It has a lot of meanings. To put it simply, it doesn't include four words: Guan Guan, Huo, Chang and FA.

"Guan" means to run through the truth and meaning of Buddha from beginning to end. "Photographing" is an opportunistic way to capture all sentient beings. "Chang" does not change at any time, nor does it change in ancient and modern times. Dharma is the past Buddhas, present Buddhas and future Buddhas; All living beings in the past, present beings, future beings, all living beings obey this law. Therefore, it is said that "the three generations follow the name of the law". This is the law, and everyone should abide by this law.

This sutra also has the meaning of rope and ink, like the one used by carpenters to draw lines. It is also Yongquan righteousness, just like in this land, the spring comes up, which is called Yongquan righteousness.

If you talk about it, there are a lot of reasons for this Scripture, but you can make a general idea of this meaning. What is Scripture? Sutra is the law that is always unchanged and can not be changed. It is always like this. This is what the Buddha said; So the future Buddha talk will still be like this; In the past, it was the same way. Therefore, the ancient and modern times do not change the name Chang, and the three generations follow the same name. So the simple explanation of "the Sutra of Medicine Guru liuliguang Buddha's original wish for merit and virtue" is this.

"Pharmacist liuliguang Buddha's original wish merit and virtue scripture": speaking of this word, "medicine" is a kind of medicine; "Teacher" is a doctor. In other words, this Buddha is a great medical king, who can cure all diseases of the world. No matter what kind of incurable disease you can't cure, if this Buddha comes to treat you with this disease, you will be cured. Any disease will be cured, and you will come back to life. There is no disease that he can not cure, that is, the disease that should die. He can change you to survive. Therefore, this great doctor is a "pharmacist".

"Glass", the body of glass is transparent, is exquisite through the body, inside can see the outside, outside can also see inside, is the glass body. Liuli is also the name of his land, which is called the world of glass. He is the leader of this world. This Buddha, his body is also a glazed body, inside and outside Yingcheng, inside and outside bright and clean. So this Buddha knows all kinds of medicine. In China, there was a Shennong emperor who tasted all kinds of herbs. Emperor Shennong's body is a glass body. When he takes the medicine into his stomach, he will see what the effect of the medicine is and what Sutra he goes to (editor's note: the Sutra is the vein of the human body). So he tasted all kinds of herbs and determined whether the medicine was sour, sweet, bitter, salty, cold, hot and mild, poisonous or not.

"Light": this Buddha's body is not only transparent inside and outside, but also bright and clean. It is a great light hiding place.

"Tathagata" is one of the ten Buddha numbers. The Buddha's number 10 is Tathagata, corresponding offering, being well-known, being wise and doing enough, being good at passing away and understanding the world, having no staff sergeant, regulating the husband, the teacher of heaven and man, Buddha, and Buddha. Originally, each Buddha had 100000 names, and a Buddha had 100000 names. Because people could not remember the names, they were shortened. After that, there were ten thousand; Ten thousand is long, then it is reduced to one thousand; A thousand is still long, and it shrinks to a hundred; One hundred was still long, so it was reduced to only ten names.

These ten names are shared by every Buddha, not only by one Buddha, but not by one Buddha. These ten names are the general name of Buddha, so we who study Buddhism should know. I heard some laymen say, "Tathagata, Buddha!" He did not know which Buddha was the Buddha? In fact, every Buddha is called a Buddha. So the Tathagata is to take the way of truth, and he takes the way of truth to become Zhengjue. This is the interpretation of the word "Tathagata".

This wish is the wish he made before, not in this life. The Buddha has the ability, the original wish and the original life. This life is this life. The original wish is the previous one, and the ability is also the thing before the Buddha.

"Merits" and "virtues" and "classics" have just been mentioned. Then this Buddha is from the East. It is also called a'yi Buddha, also known as the pharmacist liuliguang Tathagata. As a pharmacist, he belongs to the Vajra sect in the East. The Vajra sect pays attention to the subduing Dharma. He can subdue the demons and control the external Taoism. When he sees these Dharma protectors of the Vajra department, he subdues. Like the Shurangama mantra, if anyone recites the Shurangama mantra, there are 84000 Vajrayana Bodhisattvas who always support and protect you; Then you must be sincere, not sincere is not good! This is a general meaning. The name of the Sutra, I will explain briefly, is like this.

[I heard that. For a time, Bhagavan traveled to various countries. He lived in Guangyan city. He lived under the music tree. He was with eight thousand people in Dazhu. The Bodhisattva mahasa was 36000. And the king. Minister. Brahman. Layman. Layman. Tianlong eight tribes. People. Non human. And so on. Respectfully around. And said

"Ru Shi" refers to the words of Dharma, which says: "the Dharma is credible, the Dharma is learnable, and the Dharma is feasible; if it is, you should vow to practice and practice according to the teaching." "I heard": it was said by Ananda himself. Anan said, "like the Dharma mentioned in this sutra, this is what I heard from Buddha's mouth, not hearsay. I went to hear it."

There are four reasons for this meaning. What are the four causes? It is difficult to ask Buddha about four things. When Buddha was about to enter Nirvana, Ananda forgot everything because of his grief. What was he thinking? Just cry! Ananda was originally the result of proof, but this kind of feeling has not been broken. So when he knew that Sakyamuni Buddha was going to Nirvana, he could not bear it. So he began to cry. He only knew how to cry, but forgot everything else. At this time, a venerable reminded him and said, "you are in charge of recording what the Buddha said. Now that the Buddha is about to enter Nirvana, you should think about it. When the Buddha has not entered nirvana, what important things do you want to ask the Buddha to instruct how to do? If you only know how to cry, what will you do in the future After listening to the venerable, Ananda suddenly woke up and said, "yes, there should be something important. Now I come to ask the Buddha. But I can't remember what I'm crying about. What should we ask? I'm so confused that I can't remember any questions."

The venerable said, "ask Buddha, when collecting scriptures in the future, what words should be used in front of each Sutra? This is the first question." Anan said: Yes! yes! yes! This should be asked, this is very important! very important! (very important!)

What about your second question? "The second question is, when the Buddha is alive, we take the Buddha as our teacher; after the Buddha enters nirvana, who do we take as our teacher? This also needs to ask the Buddha." Ananda said, "yes! Yes! This should be asked. It's very important."

What about the third point? "Third, please ask the Buddha, when the Buddha lives in the world, all our bhikkhus live according to the Buddha; after the Buddha enters nirvana, who do we live on?" Anan said, "this is also important. This should be asked about!"

What about the fourth one? "The fourth one is that when the Buddha is alive, the evil bhikkhu will be subdued by the Buddha himself; after the Buddha enters nirvana, who will be able to tame the vicious bhikkhu? This fourth one should also be asked to Buddha." Anan said, "yes, these four are very important. I will go and ask Yu fo."
