SOLAR PANEL SOLAR KIT 200W + REGULATOR
Description
The proposed set allows you to use solar energy to charge a 12V battery.
The stored energy can be used to power 12V appliances or lighting (such as from a cigarette lighter in a car). It is also possible to use a converter from 12V to 230V AC to power typical electrical devices.
VOLTAGE REGULATOR 10A 12 / 24V WITH TWILIGHT FUNCTION AND 2x USB
This kit solves the problem of access to electricity in:
a motorhome or caravan
On a boat, yacht, housebot
On the recreational plot, a summer house.
In the set you get:
1. A photovoltaic panel with a maximum power of 180W (typical in an aluminum frame, small SIZE, monocrystalline)
2. Charge controller with LCD display with a maximum charging current and load of 10A
3. Cables with crocodile clips for connection to the battery, 1 m long
4. Rubber, solid cable with MC4 plugs for connecting a PV panel with a length of 3m and a cross-section of 2x2.5mm2 (optional cable with a length of 6m)
Controller functions:
The controller has a programmable twilight sensor function.
It is possible to turn on the connected receiver after sunset for a specific number of hours.
In addition, the regulator may be expanded with additional panels in the future, thanks to which we can obtain more electricity.
The controller charges the batteries with the PWM method. It modulates the voltage range from 0 to 100%, which allows for quick and stable battery charging regardless of the weather and the condition of the solar system.
DOUBLE USB
Regulator security:
Solar battery short circuit.
Load side overload.
Reverse battery polarity.
Overheating protection.
Controller settings:
Turning on / off receivers.
Twilight switch (turning on receivers for a given time after sunset).
Programmable up to 15h.

BATTERY CHARGING TIME
The table opposite presents the time needed to charge the batteries available on the market depending on the power of the photovoltaic system.
The 180W solar battery will easily charge the 40 Ah battery in just over 7 hours from full discharge !!!
NOTE: The set does not include a battery. For this set, we recommend a gel or acid battery of at least 80Ah.
Of course, a smaller one can be used, but the amount of stored energy will be less and the service life will be shortened. Generally, the bigger the battery, the better.
The charge controller controls the charging process of the battery and protects it against overcharging or discharging.
Connection sequence:
1. Battery
2. PV panel
3. Load (bulb symbol)
CAUTION: ALWAYS make sure that you connect it with the correct polarity, i.e. plus to plus and minus to minus. Despite the security measures, incorrect connection may lead to damage to the regulator, e.g.overheating, as well as damage to the battery and the PV panel
